I participated in a training session on creating Japanese language learner survey reports.
We received a lecture from Naoko Murakami and Mieko Nakajima on how to communicate "easy Japanese."

Both instructors emphasized the need for local residents to know and use ``simple Japanese'' as a means of communication, taking into account the differences in perception between foreigners and Japanese due to differences in culture and language. Furthermore, write with the reader in mind. Tips for writing ``easy Japanese'' were introduced, such as adding rubies and separating notes.

In addition, during a question and answer session with the participants, there was a lively exchange of opinions, including the fact that local governments are creating "easy Japanese" websites out of self-satisfaction, and it was pointed out that it is difficult to explain technical terms. I was able to learn a lot from the training.
